Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We understand that plans may change. To respect the time of our professionals and other clients, we require at least 5-days notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72hours of the appointment time will result in a fee of 50% of the total amount. No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the total amount.
